From Engineer to Entrepreneur

As a qualified chemical engineer with a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, I always dreamed of building something of my own.

After dedicating ten years to Goodyear and gaining valuable industry experience, a new opportunity emerged My brother-in-law, who was successfully running a Remez branch in Durban, approached me with the idea of expanding the business.

Together, we decided to bring Remez to Port Elizabeth — and in October 1989, our local branch was officially established. What began as a shared vision has since grown into a trusted name in the region, built on quality, commitment, and a drive for excellence.
